|History=There is one fertility clinic in Trinidad and Tobago, but no regulation or legislation. 
Senate Bill No. 4 of 1999 (An Act Respecting Human Reproductive Technologies and Commercial Transactions Relating to Human Reproduction) would have explicitly prohibited reproductive cloning and regulated human reproductive technologies. However, the bill lapsed at the end of the parliamentary session.
